CAIH is a company officially approved by the State Council of China, entrusted with a historical mission by the nation. Under the guidance of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee and government, CAIH is committed to building the five key platforms of the China-ASEAN Information Harbor: infrastructure, technological cooperation, trade services, information sharing, and cultural exchange. It aims to establish a core communication hub and information industry base centered in Guangxi, China, radiating to Southwest and Central-South China, and connecting to ASEAN countries.
●Responsibility to Shareholders
CAIH strictly abides by relevant laws and regulations, safeguarding shareholder funds and returns, striving to deliver substantial investment returns. At the same time, CAIH responsibly provides shareholders with accurate and reliable business and investment information.
●Responsibility to Society
CAIH is committed to improving public services and social welfare through a series of citizen-benefiting products and services in government, education, healthcare, transportation, and communications. Examples include: Government Online “Love Guangxi,China” platform: delivering digital public services for local citizens, enhancing access and satisfaction; Wireless City Wi-Fi project: providing free, convenient internet access to citizens; Regional medical imaging, telemedicine, and population health information platforms: addressing difficulties and high costs in accessing healthcare; Smart transportation platform: promoting scientific management of urban traffic and enhancing travel experiences; China-ASEAN cross-border financial information service platform: significantly reducing settlement time for border loans and lowering cross-border trade costs.
Remembering its roots, CAIH conveys gratitude through public welfare and actively gives back to society. CAIH launched the “Study Assistance · Dream Building · Future Shaping – CAIH 100 Students Dream Program.” In partnership with the Guangxi Ethnic Education Development Foundation, CAIH established two “Dream Classes” at Du’an High School in Hechi city and Longlin High School in Baise city, supporting 100 students from low-income families with a joint donation of RMB 1.5 million to ensure they complete three years of high school successfully. During the pandemic, CAIH leveraged technology to assist anti-epidemic efforts, demonstrating patriotic commitment and responsibility.
